Another 'quicky' for hot summer afternoons. Minimal preparation time. Refreshingly tart green mango combined with chicken.
Ingredients (Server two):
Chicken breasts- 2 boiled and cut into pieces
Green Mango- 2; chopped into slivers
Green Coriander- 3 sprigs, torn into smaller segments
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Toss chicken pieces, green mango in salad bowl. Garnish with coriander. Chill for half an hour and your salad's ready.
